OUR FOUNDATION
Vivek Constructions – It was established in 1988 from the backyard of the residence by our chairman Mr. Charles D’Souza. We are specialized in executing turnkey project at different sites pan India for various dairy, breweries, paper mills & distilleries.
1ST MANUFACTURING FACILITY
It was set up in the year 1992 at Thane Belapur Industrial Belt with an area of 800 sq. mt. at Navi Mumbai for manufacturing of various process equipments/ skid modules. Our 1st international order was executed in the year 1994 for the oil & gas industry.
2ND MANUFACTURING FACILITY
It was set up in the year 2003 at Thane Belapur industrial belt with an area of 3000 sq. mtr at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This facility enhanced our capacity to manufacture large jobs of DIA 5.5mt x 40mt length weighing upto 200 tons.
GROWTH
Over the years we have gained a reputation of being one of the leading manufacturers of equipments/ process skid modules for the oil & gas, desalination, power, food, breweries, and zero liquid discharge process plants.
MIDDLE EAST OPERATIONS
In the year 2005, we started our Middle East operations as a joint venture catering to oil & gas, desalination for our Middle East clients such as PDO, KOC, KNPC, ADCO, ADNOC & Takreer.
DESIGN SERVICES
We offer design services catering to different standards such as EN, ASME, GOST specifications which has further improved our expertise in the process equipments/ skid modules manufacturing industry.
3RD MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN INDIA
In the year 2018 we set up a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Shahapur on Mumbai-Nasik Highway in the outskirts of the city spread over an area of 55,000 sq. mtr. and keeping in mind sufficient scope for future expansions. This facility is dedicated to meet the requirements of our international clients.
ASME U2 STAMP, IBR CERTIFICATIONS & INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
We are certified with ASME U2 Stamp and IBR certification for Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers & Piping spools. Integrated management system for ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health & Safety, ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management Systems.
FUTURE TARGETS
Expansion of Additional 2 more Covered Bays of 22 x 120 Mtr. length.
Certification for PESO.
